Wardrobe Wire is your guide for "what to wear everywhere." We will help you dress for every occasion.
Tanisha brings nearly a lifelong history of fashion and style. The granddaughter of a part-time runway model for local department stores, Tanisha's passion for fashion dates back to as early as seven years old. She would spend her summers pouring over fashion magazines, then recreate similar outfits she saw to wear to school every fall. At 14, she was discovered by a local modeling agency and immediately began working in everything from advertisements and catalogs to billboards and runway for companies like Bloomingdales, Nordstroms, Mac, L'Oreal cosmetics, Tommy Hilfiger, Lanvin, and Ralph Lauren, as well as publications like Vanity Fair, Elle and InStyle.
But it was after a shoot with famed photographer Patrick Demarchelier for the Cosmopolitan Cover Model search that Tanisha's career took off. She was heavily profiled in newspapers and news stations throughout the country including Entertainment Tonight and The Today Show, all while completing a Media Arts degree from the University of Arizona. Shortly after, she made the move to Los Angeles to merge her love for fashion, business, television and film. She appeared onThe Oprah Winfrey Show, The Tyra Banks Show and music videos for a range of artists including Usher, 50 Cent, and Velvet Revolver, as well as, guest starring roles on televisions shows like The Bold and The Beautiful and Ugly Betty to co-starring in films such as Something New and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. In addition, she wrote and co-produed a fashion and style show called Electric Catwalk.
