I am obsessed with rocking the knee high boot (with slight wedge) this fall! Any suggestions on what to wear them with? Skinny Jeans, leggings etc. Also, what to wear on top? Layers? Oh! and appropriate or inappropriate for the office?

I think you could maybe pull the boots off at work if you paired them with the right thing.... perhaps a thick tight with a skirt and sweater. As long as you do not look offensive then it should be OK. Be sure to take into consideration how conservative your office is. Also, be considerate to the people in your office. Are they stuffy or the type that likes to complain?
I am completely obsessed with the knee high (thigh high) boot as well! It's a cool look that can be casual or dressed up. You definitely want to wear a skinny jean or tapered jean that will fit comfortably into your boots. Leggings always work, but you can also experiment with dresses and skirts. I have seen this look paired with flowy mini dresses and mini skirts and it looks great! I wouldn't do a fitted mini as it will look too Julia Roberts ala Pretty Woman. If you are wearing pants, try pairing with a great jacket that is mid- thigh length...it helps to balance the boots. Loose flowing t-shirts and tanks that are layered are a great addition. Unless you work in fashion....I would probably leave the knee high boots for parties and clubs!
