Recently, while doing Wardrobe Wire research, Tanisha and I found ourselves at Barney’s. After lunch, a cardigan for me and a cardigan for her…. We wandered down to the cosmetics department. I am a product junkie and left there smelling like 5 different scents and face dripping with yummy yumminess all over my face!

We wanted to share with you the cosmetics line called Intelligent Nutrients. Founded by the founder of Aveda, this line is all organic and perfect for the eco-friendly person(s) in your life or, what we learned, is that is great for people going through chemo therapy as the products contain ingredients for immune support

 A couple of our favorites:

 1.     Certified Organic Anti-Aging Mist- we love mists because they are refreshing and hydrating. This one is made with nutritious food ingredients and helps correct signs of aging.

2.     Intellimune Oil- This not so tasty oil, that you drink, is not only great for a hangover cure, but is also a great gift for any loved one you know going through chemo. This product is filled with antioxidants for both health and beauty!

3.     Certified Organic Lip Delivery Nutrition- Every time you lick your lips you ingest whatever product you put on them. ICK! Why not use a product that contains antioxidant intellimune seed oil complex? What ever that is.

To learn more about this line and to buy, either go to Barney’s or visit the website directly at www.intelligentnutrients.com

That is good to know, thanks- as my cousin is going through chemo and her immune system was too low to get her treatments one day. One of the reps at this line told us it was made for this reason as the founder was an early in life chemo survivor. Guess they better get their facts right!

If you are currently undergoing any type of chemotherapy, you should consult with your physician before taking any type of vitamins or supplements.

Research has shown that taking excessive amounts of antioxidants such as Vitamin C while undergoing chemotherapy can actually decrease the effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs.

Your website should not give medical advice to readers of your website.
